The Llevant Natural Park is located in the north east of Mallorca, at the end of the Llevant peninsula, within the municipality of Artà. The park covers an area of 1,576 hectares within the public land of Albarca, Es Verger and S Alqueria Vella. One of the main attractions are the unspoilt beaches within the park - Es Matzoc, Cala Font Celada and S Arenalet d Albarca.
The finca has a land surface of totally 113000 m2 and a house with a constructed surface of 215 m2 as well as covered and open terraces, a pool of 10x5 m. It is distributed in actually 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, big living-and diningarea and kitchen. It needs a little bit of reform. |
